Position Description
To meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for overseeing production, meeting production deadlines, distribution of products to stores, and maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, sales management and justifying those plans to the upper management. Salary: N60,000 - N70,000


Responsibilities
Designing of collections.
Sketching of designs.
Sewing skills.
Source fabrics and trimmings.
Oversee the pattern cutters in creating patterns.
Oversee, create and approve physical samples of the designs with the tailors in the factory.
Responsibility for warehousing, stock/inventory control, order processing and packaging.
Planning and scheduling deliveries form factories to warehouse and clients.
Record details of orders coming in and out.
Record keeping about goods received and dispatched.
Ensure products are stored properly and at the right temperature.
Ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients or Director.
Book, schedule and arrange runway shows.
Implement and determine quality-control and standards
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
Ensuring products are tagged with labels, swing tickets, and appropriate sizes
Restocking merchandise at stockiest store
Cost-tracking, weekly reports of stock count and spreadsheet maintenance.
Monitoring sales weekly at stockiest store and inventory reports at stores every 2 weeks
Communicating products available to the E-commerce coordinator and ensuring merchandise is given to E-commerce operator for delivery.

Fashion School/Course
Bsc/HND Business Administration
Minimum of 2years relevant work experience as an Admin/Office/Fashion Production officer.
Medically and physically fit.
Ability to work under pressure and highly organized skill required.
Ability to work long hours
Conducive.
Be a team player.
Dress code is usually business casual. The need to dress more formally when meeting suppliers, managers or business people
